Older veterans turn to cannabis for pain, mood and sleep relief

Cannabis use among older veterans is more prevalent than previously documented, with over one in 10 reporting use in the past month and more than one-third of those screening positive for cannabis use disorder (CUD), according to a national study led by researchers at the University of California, San Francisco.
